Hygiene
Each individual, large enclosure is tiled to encourage hygiene of a high standard.
Enclosures and litter trays are cleaned and disinfected each morning and additionally when required during the day.
Food
We normally provide dry food. However ,If your cat has special dietary requirements or is on wet food we ask that you bring their specific food for their stay. Please also provide the cup/scoop used to measure out your cats food. This avoids any over feeding or underfeeding that may occur during to differences in measurements.
Heating
In winter all three catteries are cosy and warm with central heating.
What to bring
- Bring along your cat’s vaccination card. This will provide us with your cat’s proof of vaccination.
- Items to help your cat settle, such as a couple of toys, scratch pad a small rug/bed and titbits.
- please DO NOT BRING FEEDING BOWLS AS WE SUPPLY OUR OWN!
Your cats carrier and vaccination record is required to stay with us for the duration of your cats stay.
Reassurance: We aim to make your cat’s stay as stress free as possible and to have a ‘Home from Home’ experience.
We would encourage you to discuss your cats needs at your time of booking.
WE WILL ADMINISTER MEDICATION IF YOUR CAT IS HAPPY TO LET US.
